Why your information is collected and how it is used
Your details are collected and used as needed to provide our services, such as to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. Any information collected by us is protected by passwords at all times.

Information is only shared with service providers or third parties such as Royal Mail, courier companies, Etsy, Facebook and PayPal. Your personal information is shared only as necessary with these third parties to provide our service to you. These third parties all have their own privacy policies to protect your details further and any details provided via these third parties are protected by passworded accounts.
